“I am honored to step into the role of interim County Manager and serve the citizens of Caswell County.  My goal during this transitional period is to ensure the county’s services and operations are running smoothly while maintaining a high level of transparency and collaboration. I look forward to working closely with the Board of Commissioners and county staff in building financial stability within the organization,” said Paschal.
